
We know learning new things is crucial to keeping mentally sharp and improving your “mental wellness,” and that chocolate is a proven attitude enhancer, so we are combining both and offering our members a chance to take a class at Elizabeth Moore Chocolates. This is a hands-on class where you will learn all about coloring, tempering, and making ganache to fill your bonbons, which you will take home with you!
Chef Susan Notter C.E.P.C., who is originally from England, trained in Germany and Switzerland before moving to the United States. She is currently the pastry coach of the USA Culinary Olympic Team, which represents the USA in international culinary competitions. Susan has appeared on numerous Food Network shows, including Halloween Wars, where she was part of the winning team on the first season. Several years ago, Susan opened the Elizabeth Moore Chocolate boutique, where she creates fine European chocolates, single-origin chocolate bars, teaches classes, and designs special occasion sugar and chocolate showpieces.
